All of our halls, which are rented, are located in the historical part of Kiev — in Podol district. A wide range of configurations of the halls allows you to adapt them to any needs of our clients: holding workshops, lectures, castings, various types of dances and sports sections, including a pole sport. We have been renting premises in Kiev for over 10 years and know the needs of our customers perfectly.
Need a dance hall with a pole? Our two halls are specially equipped for individual pole dance classes or classes in mini groups of up to three people. All that is required for pole dance classes is available: karemats, cubes, etc. Also, we can purchase liquid chalk.
If you need a room without a pole, the poles are removed and we get free space with full-length mirrors. This configuration of the hall is usually ordered from us by clients who are engaged in classical dances, fitness training, martial arts, yoga, meditation.
For lectures and workshops we set up tables and chairs — it’s like a school class. For seminars and meetings tables are not so necessary, because we put more chairs and get a room for several dozen students. There is a flipchart for visualizing lectures, and we can also rent a projector for presentations.
There is even a room for coworking — if there is no need to rent an entire office, then there is no need to overpay. You can rent a workplace, either for a day or for a couple of hours to meet with your clients.
Finding a room for rent in the center of Kiev at a good price is not so easy, but in Podol district the task is especially complicated. Therefore, when renting a hall near the metro station is required, we have no competitors: our premises are located within a 7-minute walk from Kontraktovaya Square metro station, and we keep the rental prices as low as possible.
Another our trick: we work from 7 am! If you like early meetings or workouts before work, we will be happy to help. On weekends and holidays we also work as usual.
